At Modspioneers, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. That's why we offer a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from your original purchase date. This warranty ensures you can enjoy your adventures with the confidence that your Modspioneers product is built to last.
What You Can Expect from Our Warranty:
- Protection Against Defects: If your unit has a manufacturing defect under normal use (as outlined in the product manual), we've got you covered.
- We'll Make It Right: During the warranty period, we will either provide the necessary replacement parts for repair or, if the issue can't be fixed with parts, we'll send you a replacement unit.
Please Note, Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Installation or Usage Errors: Damage caused by not following our installation guidelines or using the unit improperly.
- Electrical Issues: Problems arising from incorrect electrical connections or power supply.
- Acts of Nature or External Damage: Damage from storms, floods, lightning, chemical exposure, etc.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or repairs done by non-Modspioneers personnel or using non-approved parts.
- Normal Wear and Tear: This includes cosmetic wear like fading, scratches, minor dents, noises that don't affect function, and the natural wear of consumable parts like filters.
- Shipping Damage: Damage that wasn't reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Purchases from Unofficial Sources: Products bought from resellers not authorized by Modspioneers.
- Refunded, Lost, or Free Items: Items that have been refunded, lost, stolen, or received for free are not covered.
What We Ask of You:
- Keep Your Proof of Purchase: Your original receipt or invoice is essential for warranty claims.
- Tell Us Promptly: If you experience a problem, please let us know as soon as possible within the two-year warranty period.
- Follow Our Guidelines: Performing routine maintenance as described in your user manual will help ensure optimal performance.

- Provide Details: Include your proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos can be very helpful for diagnosis.
Our Resolution Process:
- Parts Replacement: If we can resolve the issue with a replacement part, we'll send it to you free of charge, along with instructions for installation.
- Product Replacement: For more significant issues, we will send you a new replacement unit.
Important Limitations to Keep in Mind:
- Labor Costs: Please note that this warranty does not cover any labor costs for installing, repairing, or maintaining your unit.
- Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for any indirect losses or inconveniences that may result from a product defect.
- Implied Warranties: Any implied warranties are limited to the same two-year period as this express warranty.
- Your Legal Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary depending on your state's laws.
