30-Day Return Period:

You have a 30-day window from the date of item receipt to initiate a return. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns requested beyond this 30-day period post-delivery. It's essential to commence your return within this specified timeframe to qualify for the process.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as upon receipt, and it should be in its original packaging.

Return Process:

Step 1: Reach out to us at support@modspioneers.com to initiate your return. Please provide the reason and include any necessary photos or videos to aid us in understanding the issue.

Step 2: Our customer service team is committed to providing a swift resolution. You can anticipate a proposed solution within 1 business day as our team diligently investigates in line with our policy. We value your time and strive to make the process as efficient as possible.

Step 3: Upon reaching a mutual agreement on the solution, our customer service team will promptly send you an email containing the necessary return information within 1 business day.

Step 4: Follow the instructions provided in the email to return the product to us. Upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse, our customer service team will promptly process the refund. Please allow 2-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as the exact time depends on your card issuer.

Our customer service team will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the following reasons:

  • Damaged on Arrival: You can reject the item directly if confirmed damaged.
  • Wrong Item Sent: Provide clear pictures of the item, SKU, and all shipping labels on the package.
  • Quality Issues: Provide pictures or videos to verify the quality.
  • Missing Parts: Provide pictures or videos to verify missing parts.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for the following reasons:

  • Don't Want/Need/Like It: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility for cases such as changing your mind, ordering by mistake, price changes, not meeting expectations, or finding better products.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Cancellation

You can only cancel an order before the package is shipped. Once the package is in transit, cancellation is not possible. If you decide you no longer want the product after it has been shipped, you will need to wait until it is delivered and then initiate a return.

Exchanges:

We do not facilitate exchanges. To receive the desired item quickly, please return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Upon receipt of your return, our customer service team will initiate the refund process within 1 business day. Please be aware that it may take 2-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the processing and post the refund.
